hoping somebody can help. My washer dryer will not start any cycle the display is working fine but when I press start/pause the symbol which looks like an open box with two lines in it (as can be seen in pic) flashes and nothing happens. I’ve tried the basics to get it going but no luck. Any pointers on the issue here?

Thank you for your reply Dave. It won’t actually start on any cycle even just a spin, where the spin symbol just flashes when you press start and nothing happens. So seems it can’t start at all for some reason. Made me wonder if it’s the door lock but seems in order and would normally beep if not closed properly. It won’t let me upload a further picture because of size limits unfortunately. Any suggestions welcome

we have size constraints because of server costs but you can host any size pic on another site and then post a bublic link

have you checked the child lock it not on ?
