John Lewis washer dryer JLWD1612 914604700/01

Fault: dryer fan not turning and dryer elements not heating.
No 240 volts to elements. The motor has 5 wires, not sure how the motor is controlled.
Anyone had this fault? Anyone got a circuit diagram?

all these dryers go though a test proceedure using the water vavle before the fan is started. if it fails it will just abort. first one to look for is E73 which is front ntc. its common for the wires to snap as it attaches to the heater box. To get the fault codes you will have to put in service mode
