Put this one in here to protect the innocent (ie Me) moderators may wish to put it elsewhere, but keep me outta it. Some two years ago we were doing work for JTM for a £40 a job payment. However I terminated our cover for them, because they never paid on time. I was very pleased to hear that John Fitzgerald had become associated with the company and was happy to start work again, looking forward to a good working relationship. Once again got suckered, when our first batch of invoices was rejected because they only pay £33.50p. Luckily, weve only got afew to worry about but as you will guess we’ve stopped working for them wef today. Shame really, I had great hopes, but this shows quite clearly how UKW has allowed us to push the price up – sadly those who continue to think they can undervalue our service will fall by the wayside – next year is going to be tough for many a WP

Noted Dave – However alittle pressure at an early stage on UKW sometimes has amazing results. Bearing in mind the current problems with AIS, I would perhaps be looking over my shoulder if I was John.
