I fitted my second set of brushes last week on an ISE 5, I have also fitted a belt, door seal and an outlet hose recently.

I’m not sure of the logistics but as these parts are fairly widely available would it not be more economic for us to source these parts ourselves at a mutually agreed price and be recompensed for them rather than Sean having to post them out to us.

It would save him a bit of time and carriage costs as well.

I am only thinking of the general, wear & tear items such as brushes, belts, seals, pumps etc. Unless of course sourcing them from within ISE is much cheaper.

    Hi Jim,

The bigger problem for us is the admin of it TBH. It’s easier for us just to send a replacement as needed even if you use your own stock which is fine, that presents no issue at all.

Let me put it this way, the admin to do it outweighs the cost of the parts. 😉
