Dear Experts,
I have a Karcher WD2 vacuum. Its floor tool has a brush strip along one edge and a rubber “squeegee”-type strip along the other edge. This rubber strip was warn away.
It seems possible to buy the component with the two strips for £15 (part 4.629-016.0; https://www.ransomspares.co.uk/parts/vacuum-cleaners/karcher/wet–dry-floor-tool-mixing-insert-brush/823600.htm), or entire third-party floor tools for somewhat less. But I feel I should be able to replace just the rubber strip.
Can anyone suggest what I should search for to find something suitable? It doesn’t need to be identical, as long as I can fit it to the tool.
(Or failing that, any recommendations for a good cheapo third-party floor tool?)
Thanks, Phil.
