The main oven is not heating up. The fan is working. The thermostat light comes on.

I removed the plate inside the main oven to reveal the fan and and the heating element. The heating element looks to have a hole burnt on its’ surface along with a white mark on the inside of the plate, which confirmed that the problem was probably the element. I was going to remove the heating element, but it looks like the element plate screws are secured from behind the range. Could someone confirm this is the case. I sort of expected to be able to remove the heating element from inside the main oven.

    Thank you in advance.

yep secured from behind ,isolate at supply and pull out remove the back panel and there will be nuts on the other side of the studs you can see from the cavity
