    hi ,
    i was using my cooker last night the electric to the cooker went off.the gas oven was still working but no clock and ignigters did not work.
    i have changed the 3 amp fuse as recommended in the users guide but still no joy.

    please could you advise me on what the problem could be.

    It could be one of a few things really, timer/safety thermostat etc…

    I would call a Corgi registered engineer to be honest (as it’s gas/dual fuel), check Repairs@ for one 🙂

    thanks for your help,
    i tried the company recommended from this site but they said that they could not help as they are not corgi registered.
