    Hi
We have a Kenwood CK280 double oven freestanding cooker

Problem is bottom ( fan) oven. No matter what temperature is selected the oven overheats and then the cut-out switch operates.

The only thermstat I can find listed anywhere is for the top oven.

I would be very greatful for any advice regarding the part likely to be at fault and where I can source one from.

    many thanks

Thermostat failure, almost certainly. THIS should be the one you require – I’d check with spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk to be absolutely sure as your model is not specifically listed.
