Customer complains that food on the middle shelf burns at the back ,he also let on that this has only happened since he changed both the small oven element and the main oven top element .
I guess I need a wiring diagram .anyone got ?

Try checking the oven temperature with a thermometer i.e set it at 190 degs and see if it cuts the stat off when it reaches that.
If the stat is operating o.k then the burning problem is a heat circulation problem.
Is his fan turning? if not that might cause the problem aswell.
