    First time on Kenwood. The problem is top spray arm is ok, water pumping through well, but although water under bottom arm, it is not pumping through at all. Hoping to have some direction before opening up. Model kdw12st3a ip21

    check the divertor valve (solenoid mounted on the wash pump) it can stick & only supply water to 1 of spray arms.

    Thanks for reply, I have removed valve it was not stuck and coil is ok. I can see what it is supposed to do but by operating it out of the washer i do not see how it does it. The flap just does not get pushed out by the vibrating solenoid. I have looked for spare on Connections and it is shown as part of the circulation pump only. Qualtex don’t list it.
    Any other help on this one would be welcome. Thanks Brian.
