The dishwasher will start. The drain pump runs but the pump will continue to run for about 3 or 4 minutes then it faults error F2
Sometimes it will fill but after the first wash when it pumps the water out the pump runs for 3 or 4 minutes the faults error F2
    Anyone have any ideas?
The dishwasher is only a couple of years old.

well F2 error is a drain problem

dont know why guide is asking you to press and hold P button after you turn it off and on but worth a try

Thanks Dave. The dishwasher drains OK. At the start of a program the pump runs so long its as if the dishwasher thinks it still has water in.
Do you have a parts diagram?

open one its well woth it

they are really good on vestel parts you can use the long serial no to get the exact part

they are better at Bosch prices and have better stock of some things

add to that they have a freephone number and you can actually talk to them

I’ll second getting an ASWO account, really good and the customer service has been excellent when I’ve needed to speak to them.

I’m tempted to open an ASWO account could you advise how much to get free delivery, if they really deliver next day and is it easy to return any damaged parts etc?
    Thanks

Delivery is next day, but they use DHL so no timeslots. Not had to return anything but I asked to cancel a backorder and it was sorted very quickly.
The search function is so much better, say you type a model number in, it will show all the variants so you can pick your exact machine.

the delivery lowers in stages up to free at £250

there is also a slower option and thats only £5

but add to that fact that any item you back order have no more p&p and the happily send parcels from more than one depot to complete the order it all is +ve

I add p&p to part prices these days and give the customer the option of getting it quicker by paying the full P&P

free p&p comes at a cost, as a supplier you either raise prices or lower prices and charge carriage
