Please can someone help, We bought our new machine last wk from Currys, looked good and was fairly expensive (thought that you get what you pay for!) We have had one!! successful wash and now it wont work. The power switch is working but the control panel will only display – ” —–” and so we cannot select any wash programs. I have been on other sites and found one other person that has said that an engineer came out and fixed this in 5 min, she said that he pressed buttons in some particular order and it worked again. What she didnt say was what buttons and in which order they have to be pressed in. Other reports have suggested that door hinge probs are common but you select the program before the door is shut on this model so i dont think the door has anything to do with it, correct if wrong! Thanks

Looks like it`s a Curry`s engineer time to resolve the problem.

It is the switch inside the door closing mechanism (you may notice that the door isn’t clicking closed) Our switch had moved out of place. He took the door cover off, moved it back into place, and this now allows you to choose your cycle, the door clicks closed and the machine starts. This was about 6 weeks ago and our dishwasher has again developed the same fault. I will be looking for a refund / replacement but different product now.
