Yes, Ive got one of these chocolate teapots, though chocolate teapot is more usefull !

fault I have is when switched on after about 5 seconds the 2nd and 3rd
program lights flash and machine beeps, any one know what the error this is showing, have looked for obvious blockages etc to no avail

We’re in trouble with this one – I honestly have no idea.

As it’s faulting almost immediately, it may think it’s full of water, it may not be detecting pump, heater, valve, temperature circuit, anything really. Only option is to work round the machine with a test meter and check component function and connection back to the board. If you can’t do that, you need pro help – you can click the link below for a UKW engineer (although many would rather not try and fix chocolate teapots), or it’s supplier service.

Personally, I’d write it off to experience and replace the appliance. It’s terrible………..
