ParticipantSo, we’ve been having problems with our KENWOOD KDW60S12 dishwasher. It washes fine, works fine, just at the end of the cycle on the display it flashes through all the programmes and the times of the programmes continuously until we turn off the electric supply to the machine. Also beeping noises are heard. I have a video if anyone needs to see it to clarify anything.
i’m just a bit worried that it might not be safe to use while it’s doing this. if one day i’m suddenly going to get a huge electric shock from it or something.
if anyone can give me any help at all i’d be really really grateful as it’s been doing this for a little while now. and it’s just out of warranty which is a pain. we’ve only had it just over a year 🙁Edit: also there is no error code, so if there is something wrong with the machine the machine doesn’t seem to know there is.

I’m back again. dishwasher has now finally thrown an error code out and i’m not sure what it means as cannot find it anywhere on the internet or in the manual.
the error code it’s throwing out is B03 (BO3?) and then 0R (OR?) if anyone knows what these error codes mean then it would be really really helpful if someone could tell us what these mean, i don’t want to catch fire to my house or flood it. :/June 15, 2015 at 11:03 am #427010flower8288

So i’ve rang currys, about as useless as a chocolate teapot. they have no idea what the error codes mean either. all i know from searching on the internet is that the metallic smell could be the heating element or an electrical fault.
I need a professional opinion. am i better to cut my losses as the gentleman on this post previously stated it’s a very cheap machine, and buy a decent one? or would it be worth getting someone to come and look at it?
If buying a new one would a miele be more reliable?
Sorry for all the questions and i would be very very grateful for any replies. thanks.
