We have a Kenwood KS100G built in oven and the thermocouple had wear so has been replaced however the burner will still not remain lit once the activation knob is released

I managed to get it to work once but that was all

Everything looks in the right places

    Any advice most welcome

additionally the Thermostat has also been replaced and also the grill will not stay lit and the thermocouple there has not been replaced

from the sound of it you have replaced all the components but from our position this is a gas appliance and all we can do it suggest you call a gas safe engineer
