    hi all, we bought a new KENWOOD KSBSDIX16 yesterday from currys we let it settle for 4 hours like the delivery driver said to, but we have cool water coming from the dispenser but it appears to not be making ice, has any one had anything similar, its frustrating as its really hot and this is the only reason we went for this fridge.

    I assume the ice maker is on (see page 11 manual )

    Many can take a while to make ice also, they often need 24 hours to start harvesting ice as the temperature in the freezer has to get down low enough for long enough for the process to start.
