    Have you checked socket appliance plugged into with say a lamp just to eliminate??

    hi yes power to skt.fuse ok display dead as a doornail.sometimes when hoping and pressing the power on button an occasional click!!!!!!!!!

    Without seeing appliance I would go for power supply unit p/no 264671 see spares@. Situated rear bottom left of appliance behind transformer. If in any doubt seek help from repairs@.

    i have just found out that this is the later model with the board in the display module.it is not frost free, it appears that this model has a fault that is not always rectified by a power supply change.any help will be greatly appreciated

    If the model number is correct then it does have the power PCB Gegsy mentioned at the rear as well as the main one behind the control panel 😉

    If you’re unsure, please ask an engineer to attend, the repairs@ link below should provide someone.

    Power off please if you decide to proceed yourself :zap:

    hi thanks for all your help.i did call an engineer as i could not get the parts quickly.for reference you were right it was the power supply at fault.
