Kitchen cooker hood extractor fan not working?

Got a Candy CCE16/2X extractor hood fan in the kitchen that has stopped working. The lights are still working but the fan does not, I’ve spun the fan blades through the vent & they are moving freely. It’s being used as a recirculation & not vented & didn’t have the filters on that it’s supposed to on each side of the motor. Any ideas?

Ok so any ideas why the lights are still working but fan is not?
