Kitchenplus cooker hood

I’m finding it impossible to find metal filter replacements for a Kitchenplus SLCH90. The shop that makes/sells them is Stax. I have been there and they don’t sell spares.
Anyone have any experience with this brand product?

well they must have provision for under guarantee machines and it looks like it may have a 5 year warranty if that covers your problem

the only numbers i can find is 0330 1289 685 from the back of one of the instruction books

Well it appears the products are imported by a company call Munro importers Ltd 01473 271233.

May be worth trying them both.

Out of curiosity why do you need to replace the stainless steel ones as they should last the lifetime of the hood.
