Klixon ptc relay

Hi everyone.
I’m looking for a starter relay for a Bush (argos) chest freezer. It is a klixon msc standard 4 Pin. My chest freezer is not cooling and I believe it could be the starter relay.

is the compressor running or tries to run and gets warm
if yes scrap it as it is unlikely to be the relay

if no it could be the relay or the controls circuit
