Knob turning, not draining and not able to open the filter

I tried to open the filter at the bottom of the machine, I turned it and lots of water came out but I can’t take it out, too hard, Is there any trick. I need to check if there is anything stock there.

The reason you cant turn the filter out is because something is jamming it. Drain the rest of the water by dropping the darin hose into a washing up bowl. Rocking the machine back and forward may dislodge the object, failing that the pump and hoses will have to be removed and the pump dismantled.

Power off, if you have to go that way, failing that, click the link below for a UKW engineer in your area.
