    Hi,
    I dont fix these things but a mate of mine has one its leaking water from the bottom of the freezer door there is a water pipe going up to a water dispenser in the door I have no idea how to get into the door to check it.
    I got the cover off the dispenser but cant get any further.
    Model no, GC2227DEDB.
    any ideas welcomed thanks.

    You cannot get to the pipe in the door.

    If it’s leaking from the door itself then it’s a new door.

    Hi

    Check for a blocked drain in the freezer section.Probably blocked. and it’s probably a LG manufacturers appliance.
