kuppersbusch ekw306.0 hexagon ceramic hob

does anyone know where i can get parts for a kuppersbusch ekw306.0 ceramic hob, i think its power board gone as you turn it on and within two seconds it switches itself off then beeps, its very tempremental on touch controll too, 💡

Try to reset it first.

Cover the panel totally, make sure no light gets into it and kill the power to it for 30-60 seconds. Power up under natural light only and give it a bash. Dont’ ask. 🙄

If it’s under fluoresent lights you will get problems. Again, don’t ask.

Oh, I forgot.

On someof them there’s a reset button on the underside of the hob. 🙄

And if some angry German dude turnsup at my door I’m blaming you.
