Kuppersbusch IKE308-4T2 fridge/freezer, temp too warm

I have a Kuppersbusch IKE308-4T2 fridge/freezer. It will not remain at the correct temperatures (the freezer is the worst of the two). I wondered if it was the door seals but wanted to know if it could be something else before spending about £100!! Can anyone help please??? KL

Oh it could be so much more and also highly unlikely that the door seals are the problem at all.

How old is your fridge freezer as kuppersbusch never actually manufactured a fridge freezer but badged them from other manufacturers.

Could you post a photo of the rating label where the model and serial number is and also the front of the appliance which would allow us to guide towards the manufacturer.

The fridge freezer is about 10 years old. On the rating label the PNE ref is 3387745, I will post a photo tomorrow, the freezer is approx half the size of the fridge and the whole unit is full height from floor to ceiling.
