Kuppersbusch oven

I have a 5 year old Kuppersbusch double oven.
When I put the lower oven on ‘conventional’, the outer element of the grill lights and heats until temperature has been reached then goes off.
Is this normal?
Can Anyone recommend a service engineer for Kuppersbush local to Bristol?

Yes, that sounds normal as on conventional mode you need an upper heater and lower operating.

So far as we know Kuppersbusch are not currently in the UK so support seems to be extremely limited, if available.
