Kuppersbusch ovens in demo mode

Hi I’ve a customer with 4 appliances stuck in demo mode, they bought from a showroom that’s no longer there, no paperwork and I can’t get any answers, does anyone know how to get them out of demo mode ?
Models are

EMWG1030.0E micro speed
EEB6100.8 okotherm
EEB6600.5 okotherm
EEBK6400.0 okotherm

I assume it’ll be the same process for all, however if anyone has any ideas I’d be most greatful

Then look under Service

Press and hold the MODE button on the clock (IIRC?) should set or cancel the demo mode.
