Kuppersbusch washing machine problem

I wonder if you can help me?
I rent a house with a Kuppersbusch washing machine fitted.
In the last few weeks the machine has began to switch itself off approx 15 seconds after I start the cycle.
It is usually after the machine has been in use for a couple of washes.
If I leave it to ‘rest’ for a few hours It will work again.
I have mentioned this to my Landlord and he asked me to call the Kuppersbusch service / help line! The machine is 11 / 12 years old.
Is this a service or parts issue or is this machine on its last legs?
Its been heavily used in the last 3 years.

Hi

The machine is not designed for continuous use ie: one load after another ,it needs to cool down between loads.
