hi all going here tomorrow cust states it drains then fills then nothing just sits there,no fault code etc . they opened the door to see what was going on and on closing it filled again and sat there again doing nothing. poss main motor not running or harness fault?

any thoughts

Door wires broken – common problem. You may need to slice the loom carrier and look inside – usually the small spindly wires that break.
