Hoping someone can help as just bought a house with this machine installed. It powers up, i can set a program press start and it won`t do anything or make any noises, the water is turned on. I`v read about the code access which tells me that LED 3 50deg setting will light up but can`t find out precisely what the means in terms of a fault direction. Does any one have any suggestions please? Thanks.

Once you press start button the arrow led to right should come on, close the door & wait a few seconds and drain pump should run, after drain pump runs it should count in 4 litres of water & then circulation pump should start up.
If any of these don’t happen, take a look at door switch, on/off switch, drain pump etc. etc, finally p.c.b could be faulty but only if you have ruled out the rest.

Hi Seamy, many thanks for responding, since doing the post i have just ignored the washer while awaiting advice, are you suggesting that after i put the machine into code reading mode, observe that the 50deg LED illuminates that i then press start?

No, i’m presuming this is a LAM8300 d’washer, sorry post was not regarding putting machine into code reading mode, just using it in normal function.
