Lamona 8603 not running

Dishwasher fills with water then seems to cut, I replaced the drain pump approx 2 years ago and have checked the inlet solenoid and motor with multimeter and both are well in range. Circulation pump is attached to motor but when I removed it I could spin the pump with my finger, no obstruction or blockage.

After this cycle thing happens it attempts to fill with water again for another 10 or so seconds.

if the wash pump is energising then could be capacitor

if its not energising check for broken wires at the bottom of the door
