lamona american fridge frzr

Hi all i have had a mate on the phone who has this machine(sorry no model no as yet) he says frzr is fine and top of fridge but the bottom of the fridge is -10 and frzing stuff,are there any issues on these?

Would that not effect the freezer temp as well?

Hi..

First of all you need to know who the original manufacturer is. You will definitely need to know the model at least.

Without that.. Is it single cooling ? Dual fan ? Single fan ? Diverter valve ?.

I’ve a feeling Beko had there hand in this make and fan failure is common on their american style fridge/freezers so as bryan suggested you need to check the fan . The symtom you get is freezing in the bottom of the fridge and the top the freezer is too warm.
