    Typical – as a favour for a friend I went 8 miles further than my boundary and found a group of crappy Howdens ovens fitted in a school cookery room.
    He said it was a fan oven – fan assisted it is, so I didn’t have a suitable element for it!
    Return journey required. 🙁

    Anyway, depite my best efforts, I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for over a year now to get access to the GIAS tech site. 😥

    So I need a part number, please, for:

    Lamona (sometimes called Europa, I believe) HJA3320 oven, model number 33700816, serial number 10410246
