The handle has been pulled off of the glass door of my Lamona LAM3207. I have the handle and the door is fine but I have nothing to connect the handle safely to the glass. Howdens spares department were charging £100 plus for a new handle but this doesn’t come with any fixings and £60.00 for something called a ‘bush’ but they couldn’t confirm that I needed them. They said go to B and Q and try and find screws!! It all seems a bit hit and miss and very expensive for what appears to be 2 missing screws and a spacer! Any ideas anyone???? Thank you!

Lamona/Glen Dimplex at their brilliant best I’m afraid and, completely ripping people off for parts in my opinion.

The “bush” they’re on about is the small “bushings” they’re really called in the diagram attached, item 179.
They are correct on the screws though and, in all honesty, it’s extremely common that you need togo to an ironmonger or something to source that sort of thing and, as you can see they’re not shown as a part so that is the case here.
