Lamona HJA 8553 not draining

Hi, can anyone help? My Lamona Washing Machine HJA8553 is not draining the water away, the machine still washes and spins. It stops near the end of the cycle and the 90 minute and the cold wash button flash. What could the problem be?

Have you checked the filter?

Where would i find the filter? Do I have to pull the whole machine out?

It should be behind the plinth at the bottom from memory so you shouldn’t need to pull it out.

I have pulled the washing machine out, looked all around it and taken the top and back panel off and I am still unable to find the filter. Is it possible that it hasn’t got a filter?

The pump is at the back on the right hand side. ( as you look from the back ). My guess would be pump jammed. Easy enough to take off and look, drain all water out 1st

Many thanks for all your excellent advice. I spent a lot of time and effort in locating the problem and eventually found the fault.
There was no filter on this model but after taking off the pump I discovered one of my daughters hair clips inside jamming the pump.
