Lamona HJA3220 Oven wiring Diagram

I am looking at the above oven, customer says it does not always work and she has to fiddle with the control to get it working.
Tests show there is no Live to either top or bottom elements.
I traced the wiring back to the selector switch and found the contact the live is connected to open when the oven is selected. The contact opens and closes normally when the control is turned, with all contacts open in the off position which suggests the control knob is not out of alignment. There are no signs of heat damage to the contact or selector moulding.
I understand someone else has looked at this in the past and the user (a tenant) has been having problems with this for over a year so I have no way of knowing if it was faulty when new or if someone has changed wires round since. I think the only way the user can get it to work is find a setting that brings on one or two elements, not necessarily the correct ones.

I contacted Howdens/Lamona who were very obliging and emailed a wiring diagram for this model to me, only problem is the diagram shows just 2 elements a grill and bottom element but the appliance I am looking at has a double bottom element (obviously with 4 connectors) which is not shown in the wiring diagram. I have looked at the part listed on Connect and it shows a double element for the bottom one.
I called Howdens/Lamona back to see if they had any alternative diagrams maybe for a product change but the one sent was the only one for this model.

Does anyone have access to any other wiring diagrams for this?
