Lamona HJA8514 error problem

Hi All,

I have a lamona HJA8514 that completes the wash cycle ok but on completion flashes the Start and Pre-wash lights 14 times. I’ve checked the glass during the wash cycle and it is cold. I’ve had a quick look through the forums and only thing that comes close was one post suggesting it may be the heater element and another suggesting it could be the NTC probe?

I’m just deciding whether it is worth ordering both?

If I do a search through the spares parts store it suggest a 41028717 made by Candy for the element?

Could someone confirm if this is the right element for a Lamona HJA8514?

I would test heater etc before wasting money replacing parts

Okay so the element is open circuit so definitely gone!

Having had a look at it there is no extra connector on it as per the suggested replacement from the spares shop part number 41028717.

Could anyone confirm if this is the right element for this machine?
