Lamona integrated fridge door problem

Hi, My mum has a Lamona Integrated Larder Fridge HJA6302 purchased originally from Howdens. She has to keep it closed by wedging a piece of cardboard in the door. The door drops and does not close properly. She has had various people in and the latest readjusted the legs and this helped for a short while but then the problem recurred. She has a new top right hinge but is reluctant to call someone out again as previous tradespeople have not solved the problem. I wondered if this is a common fault and if anyone has any information about this model. Thanks, Helen

It is almost bound to be the hinges that have gone and the cheap way to change this is with this kit:
