Can someone send me the service info for this machine please, it refuses to heat or open the tablet dispenser but all the wiring and element checks out as good, the NTC was also giving a believable reading (though I don’t know what the correct value should be) so I tried replacing the module but that didn’t cure it.

I have got an NTC on order to compare with the existing one but would like to be able to access service and test modes if possible.

Turns out that it was the NTC and that it should be around 44K at 20C

I have one of these which beeps when you close the door and registers a program but nothing starts I have checked all componants but they seem all ok. Any help would be much appreciated

have you checked door wires for breaks ?

would expect pump to run first assume its not jammed

have emailed a few files

Thanks for the info Dave. No breaks in the door wires just beeps to start then nothing. No pump as you would expect

see if the self test will work

after that sounds like it may be the board

have you opened the board and checked for damage ?

Morning Dave Thanks for your reply. No the test program wont work either and no damage to the board just completely dead after the start beep. I have quoted for a new board
