    I have had a Lamona LAM8301 installed for just over three years. I have just switched it on to use it but instead of the green light being on the Eco setting (the middle one) it is stuck on the no heat setting (the first one) which just keeps flashing. I cannot get the setting to move to the one I want by pressing the P button, and the star button will not work either. I have tried switching it off and on and tried resetting by holding the start button down a few seconds. Nothing seems to work.

    press and hold the start button and see if it resets
