Monday – Indesit tumble dryer – “Burning plasticy smell”.
Trapped behind the drum – it still works!
Thursday – Whirlpool washer – “Slight leak”.
I’d like to see a big leak….
Friday AM – Hotpoint tumble dryer – “Plasticy burning smell – electrics went off”.
Not repaired.
Friday PM – install 18 washing machines around Leeds 6 for a student landlord. All HEC 1005s. Miraculously, every single one worked…. Not for long, I suspect.

Teamwork – he unpacked, me connect and level. I’ll take a job like that anytime – easy money. 18 machines, 9 houses, drove under 4 miles and he paid cash.
Doesn’t get much better……
