Recieved a supposed ‘recall’ today. A Servis washer previously visisted by another company with an intermittent leak, they replaced everything (and I mean everything) over 8 visits. We have visited once for the same problem a month ago with no fault seen.
We have now been told by the customer our engineer must sit through a whole cycle untill the leak develops.
Funnily enough we’ve had a few Servis machines do that, one on extended warranty and a spattering U/G, makes me wonder if there’s a problem like the old Candy’s with over-dosing. 🙄
Needless to say the said insurer was not happy when I insisted they pay for it if they wanted multiple visits, especially when they were no fault founds as well, which of course they don’t pay for do they!
