Laundry room/ eye level appliances

Going to a lot of these scenarios now. Not getting any younger for lifting these in and out. Especially the poorly plumbed ones that wont reach the floor without a disconnect of some sort. How is everyone dealing with this.

not seen many but any i have I tell the customer i cant lift up or down on my own so they have to help

I use a Keter plastic fold out table. Double oven, ovens or stacked dryers are often slide out onto it. I used to use a workmate but the Keter is much bigger and better.
What I don’t do is get anyone else lifting with me, the risks of injury to me or them are to great and the issues that can create.
