    Hi Everyone,
I have a LC89950 cooker hood that is working fine. However, I got it ex display, and it was missing the right hand side fan control button. The actual buttons behind work great, but they need the top cover.

I am looking online, and can’t find the actual button cover and or the product issue. Is there anyone who knows what the part number is and where I could purchase it?

    Thanks,

    Mark

Can you give me the ENR number from the rating plate and I can see if I can find it?

Thanks very much. The hood is in my mum’s house, so I’ll post back this evening with it.

    Hi,
The number is ENR Number is – LC89950GB

    The sticker underneath.

Thats the left hand side, which has the button on. I’m trying to get the same one for the right hand side…

…which at the moment looks like this 🙁

You will have to phone Bosch, that model doesn’t show up anywhere.

But I’d expect it to be a full unit, they probably won’t sell the individual components. And, it probably won’t be cheap either.

The front button is not available as a part on its own but the complete control button part number for the RHS is 601913 i think. LHS is 601912

HOWEVER , its worth noting that although i’ve never changed one personally , it looks like a bit of a complicated and fiddly job . It seems you can remove the button cover from the new one maybe to fit it on the original switch but the whole unit does cost approx £25+VAT
