    It seems to be the right ‘kind’ of circular seal, it’s just too small in diameter?

    The machine model is GSF 402 WS and the service number is
    8546 402 22410

    Right, got it now.

    It’s part number 481246278998 which only fits a few models.

    I’ve ordered one for you Peter, please return the one I sent and I’ll pop the other one straight back to you.

    Hi Dave,

    Peter Graney again I’m afraid. No sign of the replacement part as yet. Could be typical French post but they’re usually not too bad.

    Sent the wrong part back to Exeter as per instructions..

    Not received perhaps?
