Leaking Fridge Freezer

I have a leaking Fridge Freezer. There seems to be water forming in a puddle from the bottom right hand corner of the fridge freezer on the floor. The freezer part is below the fridge. I have checked the drawers are not blocking the fans and the thermostat seems to be okay.

The drain hole will be blocked at the rear of the fridge, if it has one that is.

Have a look on the back wall inside the fridge, there should be a gulley that collects the defrosted water and in the centre a hole, it’s blocked there by the sound of it.
