Leaking matrix – Whirlpool ADG 2020 FD

Dear advisors,
during filling the water runs out of the top matrix as shown on the video:

The matrix has been cleaned recently, but it did not solve the problem.
Have you got any idea, what could be the cause? Broken sensors, inlet valve? Or still any other part blocked.

I’m not all that familiar with those machines but, were I to guess, Id’ think the flowmeter in the chamber was faulty. The chamber is this one:

from the look of the video it looks like the water is coming in so fast its bouncing out

have you tried turning the tap down a bit to slow it down and reduce flow rate
