Came across a LEC frost free today TF5586S doing a report for Argos,12 months old.Compressor running no cooling.
Put a valve on to check charge and it had a back pressure of .75 bar when running and making a really watery sound, evap temp of approx 4c with no sound of refrigerant in it or certainly no noticeable amount.
Either compressor or I thought if the capilliary had failed inside the suction line almost by passing the evaporator so to speak which would account for the high back pressure.
Any thoughts?
Done a few of these latley its a rebadged beko , a pound to a penny it has
a TEE , or turk electic comp on it.. probly week comp , and the watery sound you can here
is oil in the evap , you will have to flush it through ..
