Anyone got any top tips for this is it the thermostat or a heater element.
Also are there any links to a service manual for this so that I can have a grub about in it and find out whats wrong. I dont really want to start pulling it apart without some idea of where I should be looking.

Almost certainly the fan oven element failed. Remove rear panel of oven to view.
Serial number of oven required to identify correct element – should be in/around the warming drawer. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply what you need.
Power off if you do investigate.
