    Went to fit a fan oven element on this while I was there she mentioned that the conventional oven never got past 140C.Switched it on -the top outer element came on and the bottom element also,does the middle top element also have to come on for this oven to work or is it just another grill element?

    Hi
    Outer grill element only and lower element for conventional cooking.
