    Hi,

Hope someone can help. I have a Leisure Cookmaster 100. The main fan oven has stopped working, no light, fan or heat. The red light to say that the oven is on or off doesn’t work and the clock isn’t working either. I’m guessing from reading some other posts that there’s a connection between the clock not working and the oven not working.
The conventional oven and grill are working fine. No problems with hob either as its gas.

Can you give me some advice on where to start to get this fixed, is it likely to be the fuse for the clock or something else?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    C.

with the clock failed your oven will not work

    there are 2 choices
    1 replace the clock
    2 short the clock out

choice 1 is the most expensive and if you do not use the clock it is pointless
choice 2 requires finding the right wires to join together on the clock to get the oven working. best left to a professional but cost will only be for labour as there is less than a pound in parts

Replacing or bypassing the timer won’t resolve this problem, it will be the TOC lead at the rear of the cooker behind the back panel that supplies the timer that is open circuit, it will need replacing

    Thanks Jonah.
Could it be a fuse or anything simple like that? And if so, where are these located?

TOC lead is a fuse, if it overheats it will go open circuit and the timer and half of your range cooker will not work, as it’s a dual fuel range cooker with a gas hob I cannot give you any further information other than I would advise you seek a qualified Engineer to complete this repair, sorry.
